Claimant says:LAST AUGUST I BOUGHT A HANDICAP VAN FROM ACCESS. UPON DELIVERY CHRIS ADDED 2.000 DOLLARS ONTO THE PRICE OF THE VAN TO FIX THE POWER SLIDING DOOR AND WHEEL CHAIR RAMP TO WORK PROPERLY. WHEN PARTS CAME IN I TOOK THE VAN BACK TO BE FIXED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND DIDN'T HAVE MUCH LUCK. SHORTLY AFTER THAT WHEN I CALLED HE WAS ALWAYS AVOIDING MY PHONE...
