Lloyd R. says: Been with Acura since 2003. They have become the worst customer service, worse than a cable company. They do not credit electronic payments properly purposely making you past due. Be aware of them. Don't do business with Honda or Acura. Can you imagine them trying to screw me, I've leased 6 vehicles from them. Unheard of bad loyalty. Hope Trump's tariffs hurt them big time
