Pat R. says: The steaks were tough and my husband or I could not chew them. We tried to get back to them but, they would not answer their phone. My neighbor (who, by the way is 91 years old) was hoodwinked into buying the package and she didn't want it. She tried to catch them before they cashed the check and within 15 minutes they had already cashed it. We both tried to call the business numerous times and they quit answering the phone after about the 3rd time. We put in a complaint to Lisa Madigan but, still haven't got anywhere with her either.
