Johbsob C. says: I saw Alan one time during our client/realtor relationship, instead I was turned over to people who were barely familiar with the nuances of real estate. They assured me that my eventual buyer was pre-qualified and approved for the price of my house and after the full price offer I had 4 days left in the 30 day period after signing to move out of my house. After moving heaven and earth to get everything into storage and reserve a room at an extended stay hotel and after missing three closing date Alan finally informed me that the underwriters had found a short sale on the buyers history. To add insult to sorrow he wouldn't even fight to get my earnest money for me. I am out almost 4 thousand dollars and not so much as (I'm Sorry) from Mr. Alan K.) If you are ever approached by this realty company run don't walk. He (Alan K.) is only interested in a commission as fast and by any means necessary.
