Mo L. says: Deceptive company. Have the email with the date of when my rebate information was received and called weeks later and talked to a customer rep and she said it would be 8 weeks from a date a month later than what the email said. Scary to think Im putting products in my eyes made by a company that lies.

Susan T. says: Have followed instructions for rebate that I was encouraged to take. Never received rebate so I talked to a representative that gave me incorrect information. Again waited on rebate that never came. DO not understand the problem with this company. Lack of communication is absurd on their part, especially when they have my e-mail information.
