Ann Z. says: Even though after I sent two letters, one certified to have proof they received it, their response was not satisfactory at all. They did call and i returned the call and left a message. So then they sent a letter which explained their right to collect interest. They never responded to the points I made in my letter because the unprofessionalism of the staff could not be disproved. An explanation as to why they could not show me the payments received was never addressed by the customer service department letter I received. Much of their call center work is in the Philippians and clearly their training on cultural differences is lacking. The call center possesses no problem solving skills and maybe this is what Ally wants to frustrate their customers. Well they have succeeded!
