Cheri R. says:
When I brought my car back in to fix warning lights issues a second time, issues that were not fixed the first time I brought my car in, I was rudely confronted by the owner, Scott, in the office of his business. He refused to fix the warning lights problem with my car stating that I did not give permission for the mechanic when I first brought the car in, to perform certain diagnostic tests to determine the root of the problem. Completely and totally untrue. I assumed that they would do what needed to be done to fix the problem. Nobody asked my "permission" for anything. $510.00 later, I drove away with the warning lights still on as the mechanic said they would turn off by themselves after starting the car about ten times. Not only did the warning lights remain on, ALL of the warning lights came on and stayed on. Also, my car has been running very rough since they initially said that the warning light problem was fixed. This business is very bad news and the owner, Scott, is reprehensible with his customer service. It's beyond belief that Alpine Auto Doctors are able to stay in business.

According to the mechanic, rodents had chewed through the wiring for the dashboard warning lights which caused them to stay on. I was charged $510.00 for these "repairs". T...
