    My Claim vs. Alvin Pantry Dispute

    For:
    • Overcharge or billing error
    Claimant says:Purchased diesel on 11/1/2014, had to estimate to use debit card, estimate $75. Pumped 16.9 gal @ $3.19/gal, $54. Did not realize was still charged $75. Noticed charge on checking, watched 4 days, never corrected. 11/6 went to station, talked with manager, he stated was MY mistake and he would not correct it. Sent complaint to Citgo, franchiser.
