Claimant says:This is a policy when you rent a car and it cost $17.00. American Express sells you a policy to cover any loss or damage to your rental car. When you have a problem they have a whole office to reject any claims that you file. I have been using this insurance for 17 years with no claims.
I'm advising you not to use AMERICAN EXPRESS RENT CAR INSURAN...
