I had AHS for over a year. My hot water tank started leaking. According to AHS this was not an emergency. I had to wait to get it fixed. The CSR could not tell me how to turn off the water. What really stung was I had to pay $500 for part and $100 for service call. Somewhere in the middle of all this they dropped my appointment. This was about a two-week ordeal. I ended up having to call in another company who installed a new tank with 24 hours. Very dissatisfied with AHS. I have filed a complaint, but have heard nothing.

They don't adhere to their own contract. I paid $125.00 for contractor Switch Electric to come out here he wanted to put in a bigger fan, paint etc...any other words he was trying to make a lot of money off of them they said no. I requested budget electric, because the exhaust fan in bathroom was making a loud noise like a helicopter, it was going out AHS refused to fix or repair it, after paying $125.00 the exhaust fan went out AHS refused to fix I had to pay $150.00 Marcy Cody told me to submit receipt to them and they would reimburse me, Why am I being treated differently? I am disabled, my mom is disabled. As of todate have not been reimbursed, by AHS
