David H. says: Money hungry. They also miscode transfers so that medicare/private insurance doesn't cover. There is also no way to reach anyone in the US, so you have to deal with India and the Phillipines that are simply working off of a script. When/if my elderly parents have to be taken to the hospital, I would now turn down any service by this company.

Steven L. says: They are out to rob you, in every way they can, have been trying to extort money from me for months now and it continues on to this day.
I had a medical response in June of 2014, had to go to the hospital, the people that took me there were OK, good people, treated me good, but the people that run the company or the people in billing are criminals.
My insurance paid 100% of it, but these people, from the onset sent me a bill for over $2200.00, something they had no right doing. Had to call and tell them, so did my insurance co.
Now, over two years after they were paid by the insurance co, they come out of the blue and send me a bill for $100.00 co-pay that claim I am responsible for.
I called them and complained, my insurance co. also talked to them, and I was told by my insurance co. to ignore the bill, but these people at American Medical response continue to send me bills and threats to this day.
They know what they are doing,
I believe now that I complained to the "BBB", they are going to continue to harass me, they just sent me another bill.
All I want is to get them out of my life........S.Lane
