Debbie F. says: After months of trying to get my recliners repaired or replaced we were finally ble to get someone to address the issues, This didn't happen until I went to the Better Business Brueau. The recliners were repaired using the same materials as the original which means within a couple months I will have the same problems as I had in the beginning, only now they will be out of warranty. The assistant manager & store manager were both very unprofessional. If you want to throw good money away & like being accused of things then America's Furniture Warehouse is the place to go, if not steer clear.
