Mark O. says: This company will not stand behind its product when there is a flaw such as an inhability to charge using the lightening port which over time will wear
Maybe this was intentionally designed to wear so apple could sell more product

Shirley M. says: Apple has completed dismissed my grievance which I have proven has been their error from the beginning. They refuse to take responsibility. I am without all of my information that was stored in my iPhone and am unable to retrieve any of it. They do not care and have offered me something



I am without all my photos and everything else that is important to me with no way of retrieving any of it. How are they not liable! This is another example of how helpless the average person is against the High Powered Businesses. I have lost what I valued by their hand and they feel no regret or responsibility for it. This is shameful.
