Armando B. says: They came out to my Laundromat for the first time ever. I got them from Google server, they was rated 5 star. I talked to their secretary by the name of Carmen. I told that we are 15 year old laundromat owner that we usually fix our machines, but we have 6 of them that we can't figure out what to do. They were told that we already have new parts for the machines that they can use. Can she send someone that can come out and repair them. They send a tech. about 11:00a.m. I believe January 16, 2016. I came in and he had 4 machines dissembled and parts and pieces on the floor I retrieved to my office leaving him with my staff. Suddenly I heard loud bagging noises -- was the tech banging on the drum of one the machines. Then he and my staff came in he was complaining that he pull his back and he can't continue working and ask me if I still want someone to come out tomorrow to finished the job. The other tech came out the next day to collect the service fee from one of my staff and left everything on the floor as it was by the previous tech. He stated that " who told us that we can buy parts for the machines before they looked at it ". I didn't understand that because I told their secretary Carmen that we usually have part to fix our machines before she send someone.
The next day I called to speak to the owner and who answer was the manager by the name of ALEX. He didn't listen to my complain he only started to raise his voice telling me " that I was the guy that wanted the work for nothing " I didn't understand that at all. He started cursing -- I started cursing -- then he said " LOOK MATHER F...R YOU DON'T WHO YOU F....NG WITH I WILL GO OUT AND BLOW YOUR LAUNDROMAT UP " I asked to say it again and he said 2 times more. I made a police report against them. I have this tech on video it seems that he didn't pay attention to the 6 cameras in the Laundromat. I want them to pay to replace the drum and to reimburse for the repairs made to the machines after they left and replace the damaged drum that the first tech made sure he banged up. I don't understand! This is the first time we met, but you know it is very clear to me now that this was a discrimination attack. Because I am a black business owner and it seems that its the only reason because I never had any interaction with this company before that day.
