Lydia B. says: We were sold a filtration system we were told would make reverse osmosis come out of every faucet in our home by the salesman. I even said I had never heard of such a thing. It is because it doesn't exist. He also pulled a bait and switch on the 2 year supply of soap offered as an incentive. Then, he left with the contract. We had to have mailed to us almost two weeks later and only then were we aware there was a three day return period. The stress this has caused was never worth the softener and RO filter we got that we could have gotten elsewhere for 1/10 the price. They claim to have the ultimate technology. But if they did, they wouldn't have to stoop to such bad business practices.
