We have had multiple issues with the system since we purchased it and it is nearly impossible to get anyone from Aqua Edge to call me back. I had a gentlemen call back me earlier this year only after i had left several messages. They did send a technician to fix a pipe that had fallen off. However, since the tech was out the filter has not been working properly. I again have made a bunch of inquires but you can only leave a message on a voice mail. There is no human to speak with so i am basically hoping someone is checking the messages. I am not even 100% sure the company is still in business. Very frustrating. Paid over $4k for this system and it has only worked for half the time ive owned it. We still havent even received the promotional items we were promised. Shower heads and 5 year supply of cleaning products. Terrible experience, terrible service, unprofessional and would not recommend them to anyone.

My complaint is similar to all other. A bit shady marketing with mailers indicating you have a package for delivery that requires you calling a particular phone number. Despite this, I was interested in the water treatment system.
Forget about this company honoring service calls or requests........ No one responds to messages concerning service needs. I have been trying to get a service response since July 2019. Owned system for 1 year and at least twice monthly since July 2019, at 2:00 a.m., as system begins to purge, the outlet pvc hose detaches from the system as pressurized water exits the system. The water pressure and disconnecting of the outlet pvc hose sounds like a shotgun blast. The first time this happened, I did not detect the problem for nearly 2 weeks because I was away on business travel. I discovered the problem due to me inspecting my water heater unit after discovering I had permanent water damaged to valuable equipment and boxed items stored in my garage and water damage to baseboard and carpet in family room adjacent to my garage. I can't count the number of times I have attempted to call the toll free service line (844-326-7835) and all of the numbers listed on the www.aquaedgeusa.com webpage (and I mean it is just a webpage that I am directed to after calling the toll-free service number (844)326-7835 on the sticker the installation technician attached to the unit 1 year ago. This was a rather expensive unit to have installed in my home. Also, the company never honored nor fullfilled the promotional cleaning/laundry product requests that were part of the sale. I need this unit removed from my home immediately.
When calling the (844)326-7835 number affixed to the unit, you are directed to the Aquaedgeusa.com website for number of service technician(s) in your area. Below is all that you find on the webpage (I mean it is just a one page website). I live in the greater Nashville TN area and for 6 months I have not received a call back nor a service technician to arrive to repair the problem with this unit. I have simply turned off the water values to the unit and will pay for a plumber to properly disconnect the system from my home.
