Larry L. says: Merchant shows no desire make things right with his customers,,, shows no attitude to show that a complaint can turn into a compliment by owning his mistakes and utilizing good business practice,,, has a bad reputation with other local HVAC companies concerning their "cleaning up" of other local matters very similar to mine, as well as some "other" matters relating to his business regimen
