    Claimant says:in June of 2012... tried transferring my foster care license to another agency. kept being denied... (Courtney wells) LICENSING REP... at the time.. said it would take 45 days... after she submit paperwork.... she never did... called on 12 occasions... no one would talk to me... went through the chain of commands... got nowhere.... in August.....
