Edward O. says: The few gatekeepers of this company will not allow any complaint or question to proceed even one level higher. They do not know the name, address or phone number of the CEO, and they absolutely refuse to find out. I used the free version of one of their products for years and did not even realize it was not the premium product which I had purchased from this company each year. Avangate Inc. clearly has no commitment whatsoever to customer satisfaction.
