Jeran C. says: In California, where it is a two party record law... they record all conversations but afte rbeing lied to numerous times, I told them that I would begin to record calls. They said no it was against their policy and hung up. After talking to someone they said that Yes, they record calls but do not allow themselves to be recorded. How obvious is this? Rather than have two records of conversations, we are forced to only have one. Their copy, which can be lost or found as needed.
