G L. says: I read sooooo many NEGATIVE reviews but thought I'd give it a shot anyway. Happy to say I didn't end up wasting a cent on them. They are unprofessional, they lack customer service, lack everything. I will be writing to all major dropshipping places to drop them as a supplier and I have proof of all their customer service including a chat with Emily where she stop replying after I wrote to her asking her for help. Thank God I didn't waste the money. Reviews are there for a reason - do your research. These guys are a SCAM!

It took almost 2 years to get my money back from bellavi they have changed management, but from the comments they still have not changed the way they do business! Please do your research on a company before joining! I know better next time!!!

Lannette B. says: They are disspondant to emails! I had to resend my emails several times regarding services, plus if you are anything other than a USA customer I would recommend not signing up, reason being the shipping is unbelievably expensive.. $35.00 US to ship to Canada plus I had to add the exchange rate which ends up being almost $45.00 to send a $10.00 item! I didn't realize this upon signing up, no where obvious was this in print on the main website until it was pointed out to me and I had to drag out the info from the person in charge! I have 3 other USA dropship companies I order from and one of them is free shipping for US and Canadian and I have a great one from the UK which only charges $13.00 Canadian for quality items. I don't understand why they can't find a way to ship at a lower price like the other companies!

The biggest complaint I have is the obvious avoidance of their manager! When I couldn't get a response to cancel my membership on the 5th attempt, I finally sent an email to customer service at which I received a response that his boss will cancel my membership, however; I waited another week to get my membership cancelled then I sent him and the supervisor another email, this time I had to tell him that if he didn't respond to my email within a few days that I would report him. I didn't hear from him, so I posted my complaint on peopleclaims. After a few days, he sends me an email stating he canceled my membership the week prior, but why not respond to customer emails? I shouldn't have to resort to these tactics; it's highly unprofessional for them to conduct their business like that!

In conclusion:
I will never do business with this company again!

Kierra J. says: They don't deliver the services they offer on the website and the customer service is terrible. You have to fight in order to get in contact with them through email since they don't have a phone number anymore. It's not a reliable business.
