Michelle B. says: Sales person talked us into a lenovo computer which the Motherboard crashed twice within 5 weeks apart and they will not replace it .... the Computer is defective. So they feel i should just throw away my 329.00 and just buy another one. that is not the correct way to resolve this solution. i only used it a dozen times it is just defective.

Darie A. says: WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE BEST BUY STORE TO RETURN DEFECTIVE TV, I GOT A SAMSUNG SMART TELEVISION WHICH I PAID A EXTRA $$130.00 BECAUSE I FELT THE DEFECTIVE TV WAS DAMAGED BEING DELIVERED TO ME WHICH MADE ME DECIDE TO NEVER HAVE A TV DELIVERED INSTEAD GO TO THE STORE TO PURCHASE A TV.

John H. says: we had a problem with a tv & had the extra warrenty. The tv cracked less the 3 months and best buy said the warrenty we bought didn't cover it. Their corp. office & managers told us they could't do anything to help us. I called channel 4 news to get some help. And within a week best buy thought they better do the right thing and resolve the problem. We got our money back & they got the broken tv. Thanks to channel 4 news, we got them to do the right thing. If not we would have had to pay for a tv that was useless $1800.00

    Claimant says:When I purchased a new laptop computer in March, as well as set up the wireless for work related reasons, I was advised by Best Buy which is where the wireless was set uyp that I had 30 days to cancel contract, not 14 days. There was alot of mis-leading and I'm ready to return everything do to falsified and misleading contract terms by the Best Buy...
