we had a problem with a tv & had the extra warrenty. The tv cracked less the 3 months and best buy said the warrenty we bought didn't cover it. Their corp. office & managers told us they could't do anything to help us. I called channel 4 news to get some help. And within a week best buy thought they better do the right thing and resolve the problem. We got our money back & they got the broken tv. Thanks to channel 4 news, we got them to do the right thing. If not we would have had to pay for a tv that was useless $1800.00
