Barbara K. says: This company is horrible. One of their insureds hit our vehicle 3 weeks ago and it was their fault the driver was driving a dump truck. To date they have not settled our claim. Still driving around in a dented right side of the vehilce. Which I might add is not very safe. They cal you back and each and every day it is a different story. The claim was sent to Bridgewater Group and then sent to Nationwide Appraisers. Each an d everyone of them tell a different story. Very disgusted.
