Decore@Yahoo.Com D. says:
This company is messed up. After moving my Sister from Chicago to Tampa, we found over $1500.00 worth of items missing, including a new Dyson vacuum. Not only did they make us jump through multiple hoops by filling out endless forms, paperwork, getting notary public signatures to get a measly $96.00 back, but they claimed they sent the check to the wrong address! The wrong address? Hello, you idiots moved us there. After multiple phone calls to have them send it to the correct address, still no check. We were making this a matter of principle at one point, not any more, its not worth the aggravation. BEWARE of this companies practice for reimbursements of lost items. If I could rate Zero or negative stars I would.
