Shirley G. says: They do not take care of their Gold Owners. What would they do to new owners? We upgraded to Platinum 2-1-16 being told the extra points would pay our maintenance fee. NOT TRUE. We cancelled the contract within the 10 days and did not get our money back in the allowed time. I only asked for the $176.42 in interest that it cost us. Still no response.

John R. says: Their agents lied to my wife and me telling us that they were not selling timeshares when they were. They also said that we would qualify if we made 40,000 a year. We found out that their resorts require enough points each night that only rich people can ever be satisfied. They said that the maintenance fees were $729 a year and would never go up. We found out that we did not buy enough points and if we bought more points our maintenance fees would go up accordingly. We tried to get out because we could not afford them and they said if we did not pay what we owed they would destroy our credit. Our credit has gone from over 800 to just over 600.
