Cyndi N. says: I have lived at one of their properties for 5 1/2 years now. In the beginning, the property I live at was neat, clean and always looking nice. In the last two years, the property has gone down hill. It looks like a ghetto. When residents ask for maintenance service they get jacked around and nothing gets fixed for weeks, if they get fixed. We have grass and weeds growing out of gutters, trees are over grown and falling down. Many trees have branches rubbing on roofs, windows and shutters. The sides of buildings are dirty. They have a pressure washer, but do not use it to clean anything around here. Sprinkler heads that are broken for 2 years now, have not been replaced, so the grass looks dead or has weeds growing. Roots of trees growing out of control. There are ant hills everywhere. The office manager gives residents the run around and she is hardly here on site. If she is she's only here for a small window of time. Buckingham Property sends her all over the valley to other properties they have. All this is telling me is that there is an issue going on with Buckingham Property. It seems that money may be the issue here if there are this many problems at this site.
