As to what I have discussed before: I rented a car for ONE day, and there was NO drop box to leave the key, no "slice" in the window of a door to push the key through. I did not get the key back till the second!! day, not my fault!! They billed me for TWO days, because they did not have the key returned. They did NOT!! have a key drop. The help of People Claim was very good, thank you, for returning money on the over charge. My part is OK, but are they to sucker the next citizen with a phony excuse?? Budget seems blind to the FACT they are dependent on the public, they owe it all to the public, and ripping the people off is very poor customer service. Thank you for all the help you provided.
