Claimant says:You issue a customer service satisfaction letter for the 2010 SRX which I own but will only cover 1/2 of the costs for faulty or defective parts that caused moisture to build up inside the headlamp assembly rendering the headlight to partially perform or not perform at all! And you DON’T consider this a SAFETY ISSUE?!!!
