Mary J. says: I have submitted a complaint with peopleclaim.com. The Supervisor Reuben was very unprofessional and yelled at me and continued to yell at me thru the entire restaurant. I called President James Williams with basically the same results. No resolution as of yet. Filed complaint with Peopleclaim.com and waiting on results. I will never set foot in there again as a manager should never yell at a patron.
