Belinda B. says: I have taken my car to them several times and after it being returned there was always something wrong due to them not reassembling and leaving parts in the trunk, not completing work according to specifications. The desk manager that I always worked with misguided me with work that needed to be completed and over charged me which he was later fired. The owner was very disrespectful when asked to resolve the situation even after explaining what I was told by another master BMW mechanic when I had a diagnostic check done. He was very belligerent and denied any wrong doing. He has not attempted to contact me to rectify this claim. I wouldn't even recommend him to anyone unless he resolves this.
