Robin J. says: This man stole our deposit money and never did any work. He owes us $12,500. We have filed a criminal charge against him and there is a warrant out for his arrest.

Robin J. says: Chad Mitchell took deposit money from us in Dec 2015 for a large kitchen remodel and some exterior improvements. When the bank financing the work refused to vette him as the contractor for our renovation in late January, he kept the money. He did ZERO work for us. We have filed a criminal charge against him for theft. He has yet to pay us back and has made MANY false promises to us about "the check is in the mail" and "I am coming by on Tuesday with your deposit refund."

Brenda K. says: We hired Chad to renovate two bathrooms and provided a $9,706.50 deposit on March 15, 2016. Chad didn't start the renovation and due to non performance we advised on May 1 that we cancelled and want our deposit back. Chad agreed to refund our full deposit, even committed to our lawyer on May 12 that he would refund by May 20. As of today July 23, 2016 we have not received a penny. We have filed a civil suit and Chad was served in June.
