Claimant says:After 3 phone calls to "Billing" at Charlotte Observer, have NOT received the promised confirmation of a corrected bill. Expiration date should be Nov. 7, 2016, NOT Sept.4. 2016.
Th identical problem occurred 2015. & assured me that the Expiration Date would be corrected to Nov. 2016 and not the Sept 4, 2016..
