Sara T. says:
This company is completely irresponsible about the safety of its customers. The product is low quality. We have owned a Town and Country minivan, which essentially blew the engine at just over 100,000 miles, and a Jeep which required almost $5000 in transmission work at under 100,000 miles. Chrysler/NHTSA issued a safety recall on the Jeep and then couldn't provide the parts for a year and a half. The company was totally unresponsive to my concerns until I engaged PeopleClaim and then replied in the most cursory terms. The Attorney General of Michigan, clearly frustrated with Chrysler, sent me an article about the trouble they were getting into with safety regulators. Will never buy or recommend Chrysler again.

Was told that the impact did not significantly involve the frame , did not create the longitudinal ( front to back ) deceleration necessary to deploy the air bags . They said this conclusion was supported by the readings from the onboard compu...
