Amanda B. says: they will give you the runaround for any dispute resolution, repayment plans, forbearance , anything. They offered zero covid relief during the epidemic and all they would tell me is their investors wouldn't work it out because I had so much equity . Terrible company and I don't believe they do things legally .

Dale P. says: Horrible company!!!! We were hit dead on ( Ground Zero ) by Hurricane Irma---Citadell was NO HELP AT all----was told the only thing the investors cared about their money!!!!!! Pay up !!

T A. says: They are one of the most horrendous companies I have worked with. Their turn times are ridiculous, they sign off on a condition then come back wanting the condition met. They have no idea on how to follow closing dates and refuse to release an appraisal when the deal gets pulled from them. Terrible customer service!!!
