J D. says: Gone through 4-5 case managers for an incident in 2017. They keep asking for the same paperwork over and over which is getting annoying. By the time they say ohh we are going to pay out X amount for your claim, you are transferred to another case manager. They don't want to pay out like any other insurance company even though their clients are the reason for the claim. They will call you at 3AM and then say that you are not responding to there calls!
