Jean-Francois H. says: They used high pressure sales tactics, they pushed hard to start the work before we got a quote; we asked them to stop but they refused to reimburse the $2,000 deposit (minus the 2*2 hours their crew spent at our house) and the manager never contacted us to try to resolve the payment issue.
