Chris M. says: I am very disappointed at the unprofessionalism, lack of caring for this photographer at my wedding and our photos were not up to our agreement. She provided us with photos although very late, she would not communicate with us even through several attempts to discuss by text, email and calls. She has made excuse after excuse, to include the latest that she did the best with what she was given pertaining to my timeline. A timeline was provided and it was agreed that she would take the active control in getting the family and wedding party photos (that I would not have to worry about it.) I am not sure what else I did not provide. However, those photos can not be recreated and the excuse provided was it was outside venue and it became dark, and she did not do lighting so she asked if we could come back and do photos the next day. RE-CREATING the wedding party???? Anyway the insults in responses continue to come, and somehow she has stated that we were harassing her because she was not responding to us.
