Horrible customer service (I can't even call it that) - long wait times, misinformation (ever rep. will give you a different story), difficult to get to speak to a manager, reassurances that everything is taken care of only to find it has not, pricing differences with every person, even after taking id numbers and indicating what the person quoted I am told that they can not be held to what their rep. said.... UGH!! Only game in town for me... but the first chance I get we will switch. Comcast is the devil...and I hear many, many, many others say those exact words.
