Robert T. says: Stay away!! This "dealership" is a den of liars and thieves. I found out the hard way, having recently purchased a van from the so-called "sales manager" Danny S. Radochia. He had the audacity to ask me not to make him go out for a test drive because it's dark and he's old. Beware of the owner too, Anthony Condemi, he walks around feigning to be a senile old man who is proud of his son's business accomplishments. It's a scam, that old snake has his filthy hands in everything there. The racist prick had the nerve to approach me with chit chat, only to insult me with a stupid comment about how "impressed" he was that I was "so well spoken and educated".
The prep is a required service and one of many extra fees that are above the original advertised price. The van was absolutely filthy, it wasn't even wiped down. Danny claimed to be surprised it wasn't done and supposedly "fired" the guy. I had no choice but to take it home, I had no other means of transportation and was told it was ready and waiting. The entertainment unit's two headphones were swapped for broken ones. Seat trim broken and missing. The passenger visor was broken. Center dash components and panels detached and missing hardware. I later discovered it was a botched attempt to repair the HVAC system.
When I got home, the van had been so overfilled with oil that the pressure sensor cracked and spilled oil all over the street and my driveway. The excess oil made it's way into the exhaust and saturated the catalytic converter to the extent that a huge cloud of blue smoke eminated from the tailpipe for several minutes, after every start. The HVAC system developed a loud repetitive banging sound that indicated that the blend door actuator needed replacing. Danny tried to say that leaves in the A/C system were "settling". A tire monitor that was not functioning when I first saw the car, and was supposedly replaced; required yet another visit to the dealership. Ten minutes later, it malfunctioned again. I had to leave the van for three days, to deal with the oil leak and the other issues. I asked him not to detail the van until another day because I could leave it any longer. When I called to pick up the van, he told me he had it detailed too. It wasn't, all that was done was a halfass carpet cleaning.
After wasting time and money trying to correct things with consistantly unreliable and incompetent Danny, I called Anthony to see if he could help. That got me absolutely nowhere. He offered nothing but lies and excuses and tried to invalidate my concerns, even stating that he doesn't sell "new" cars as one of his excuses. Condemi Motors is knowly robbing it's customers, through fraudulent and deceiving practices. There was far more that occurred, beyond what I described here. I documented and recorded every transaction and conversation, I'm going to contact the proper authorities. Anthony, you made the mistake of underestimating me twice.
