I purchased a air line ticket a year ago for a trip to ukraine.I had to cancel it and I was told by a customer service person over the phone I would receive a credit for the ticket,$1,442.00,I was not aware of the one year time limit.I contacted Delta shortly after the one year limit about using this credit and they said it was not possible so I contacted Peoples Claim.But after Peoples Claim contacted Delta the answer was still No,also they are still hoping I will fly with them in the Future,what an Insult,they had My money for a year,they still get to keep it,and they think I will fly on their Air Line,they have got some nerve!
