John L. says: The Custemer device can not make a decision on anything do not know why Dish has a customer service.... Bad advertising they said I would get a bonus card of 300.00 and I did not get it. I canceled my service and they did not even try to keep me with Dish?

James W. says: Poor value and they keep extending our contract with new dates every time they come out to work on problems with their equipment or their server issues. NOT FAIR... TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SERVICE YOU GET...
