Joyce P. says: They are incompetent . The contract you sign is not the service you receive. They told me I needed to have my bath tub snaked the water was going down a little slow. They sent 2 men out . The first one said it had to be snaked. Then then sent a guy who snaked the tub . You can not snake a tub up when there is a trap in the drain. Before they came my tub was working slowly but all the water in the tub went down Before the 2nd man came my tub did not have any water in it .The water was going through just a lilies slower . After the second guy left the tub was half filled with water and would not go down . I am a 65 year old woman and just had knee surgery that I needed to soak my knee . So, I called ECM at least 5 times and they told me that he could snake it and since it was past the trap . They wanted $225.00 to snake it I pay $50.00 a month for repair or replacement . To make this long story short . My neighbor and I went and bought Liquid Plumber and now the tub works great . I
