Ed A. says: Took advantage of my mentally handicapped neighbor by selling him a $5000 bed he couldn't afford. This man is on a fixed income and told the sales rep. of his situation. This still didn't prevent him from making the sale. The following day while calling customer service at the 1800 523 5383 number and trying to cancel the purchase a gentleman by the name of Kenneth hung up on us twice and had to speak to management to receive any answers.
