    Claimant says:I have requested Loan Modification from ERA Mortgage (my loan Server) through NACA and also personally since 06/25/2009 until today 08/02/2010 but nothing has been done. I have send more than 20 e-mails and about 20 calls for the past 14 months and nothing has been done. Please help!
