Kimberly I. says: I will NEVER use you again. Your flowers are not what they say and you rip people off. I told you to send the flowers to me and you sent them back to the person I bought more flowers for. Pro Flowers is the best there is. Not you, too many hidden charges for flowers that should of only been 19.99 not 54.00 by the time I was done. NO I am not satisfied.
