T L. says: The good news! I am taking this beyond seriously. The wanna be Md went out of his way to illegally involve himself in a very serious matter, he committed fraud. He should be very concerned about the repercussions of his little tirade against me, because seriously... I'm not the one. He went out of his way discredit me on my second IME visit. He went against his original IME report that he first wrote...pattern???
He is vindictive , untruthful, lawful, unstable. Scherr originally arranged to have the appointment at his HOME! He even confirmed the address. I had to had to go through the insurance company to have it evaluated. He was then told to get a professional address? I won't be forgiving and forgetting. Ever. To forgive an accomplice of sexual assault is a ridiculous notion. I won't pay someone else's crimes. I don't care about statutes any more than Trump cares for the poor.
What he did in my case may have been covered over by the medical community, but this isn't Scherr first obsession with sexual assault. I was pretty much ganged up on by multiple practitioners to protect JEFFREY SCOTT REIMER sexual assaults that left me with permanent injuries. The insurance company didn't want to pay for the new injuries Reimer caused. Scherr previously schemed and lied lied about Dr. Broomfield under oath . He lost, obvi- And paid court costs out of his pocket f. He will certainly be paying for what he did to me. In the Wyoming case Scherr claimed to have suffered emotionally and requested a rather large settlement! After accusing Dr. Broomfield of sexually harassing female co-workers, Scherr became the victim. The alleged victims refused to file with Scherr. It was argued that Scherr had long fought for the doctors position and waged a dirty campaign to in order to become the new head. He then raised a stalemate refusing to negotiate with the University. Under oath Scherr claimed and was not paid. The truth was uncovered and was another falsehood. This is what I had to deal with. How is Scherr able to practice medicine? The treatment of these doctors and others like him was literally worse than the assaults of Reimer. Kathryn Bird the turd and Montano the Spano was instrumental in botching the Reimer investigation that Concentra was conducting. I was informed that the investigation had begun after more than one report against Reimer, when Birdbath called me yelling. She was screaming that she didn't believe me and she was telling him as I was on the phone! The thing is, I'm not responsible for the investigation. So I will never be silent. I will always seek justice for myself. (Scherr) was set off when I wouldn't let him personally remove my jacket! There is physical evidence for everything that I am stating. Scherr asked me if I was recording him after his tantrum and of course I was, because of my experiences. He insisted that I erase the recording in front of him. And I did after I uploaded it. He was very angry at my situation and decided it would be a good idea to Change his original diagnosis and discredit me in his reports to work against me. Theres so much these 'medical providers can get away with in the eyes of the law, who's hands are always tied for one reason or another. I will be getting my justice though. They attempted to humiliate and discredit me. Montano even asked me if I knew if the PT had a girlfriend, saying that the company would be having him get married, get counseling and polish up. Montano was well versed in the law he said, telling me it would be pointless to go to the police, who would also attack me. I'm of color, I know about them. Montano said the company (Concentra) would hire lawyers to attack me, an the company tried to attack me. I clapped back and I still am clapping. They would be coming after ME. Laughable! I am considered one of the most amazing, talented and strong many people know. I have been written letters of thanks for deeds, I have forgotten about. I'm no saint, but I'm hardly the sinner these folks are. I was attacked from all sides. My my care was altered? because if one horny, ugly, gross, awkward bodied, poo breathed physical therapist named Jeffrey Scott Reimer formerly of AMS Concentra, now at Therahand under Jae Jeon, PT, DPT. I won't tolerate any more. At first I was afraid, I was petrified...then I grew strong. I'm new. I am not the same.
