Matthew N. says: 1) I bought the brand new 2015 F150 with trailer package .....but it doesn't come with a trailer brake. Ok - no problem, annoyed, but if that's how it goes. I'll buy a brake. 2) the trailer harness was not charging the trailer battery when running. I spent days trying to figure out why, with the Ford service department. They could not figure it out. I went to a different Ford dealership where they printed out the Technical Service bulletin describing the "known issue". This cost me another day. 3) they said in January, they'll send me two oil change vouchers to try and account for the hundreds of dollars in lost time. I asked in February, if they sent them - they said "yes, but we'll send a couple more if you didn't get them”. I asked THREE MONTHS later if they sent them...AGAIN, they "yes, but we'll send a couple more if you didn't get them". I asked in JULY....SEVEN months later....AGAIN, they said "yes, but we'll send a couple more if you didn't get them". I've received several pieces of marketing spam mail from these guys, but they can't seem to figure out how mail an envelope. These guys have horrible customer communications and clearly incompetent.
