Frontier has a terrible schedule for connecting flights. We had 2 - 4 hour layovers!
and to make it worse the plane was 2 hours late! So we sat in Denver last night for 6 hours waiting to get home. finally arrived home at 1am! you would think the attendants would offer a free beverage but NO!
I will never fly Frontier again. it is not worth saving a hundred dollars to be severely inconvenienced and experience rude employees. It seemed the employees were miserable too!

We missed our flight because of the poor service. They did not try to put us on another flight. Kept over 700.00 and then accused me of being late. This was my vacation and because of this whole ordeal it was thousands of dollars wasted because I was unable to go on my trip. The Customer Service sucks because they speak POOR ENGLISH along with being rude. I want my MONEY.......FRONTIER AIRLINES ARE THIEVES! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
