Frontier lost professional Voice Greeting - business technical features originally provided by Verizon changed without permission or notice around July 4, 2020 by Frontier. Since 7/4 there have been one technical problem after the other weekly and Frontier denies changes have occurred; and apparently can't fix them. Problems: static in outgoing calls, static in incoming calls off and on during call. To obtain the professional greeting the Voice Actor will have to physically come to the office to record into the Receiver of the phone set.

Still having problems, called in again to their 1-200-239-4430 trouble line The girl that answered wanted me to access the DSL through the hard wire connected to my laptop by entering 198.168.254.42 I did as requested but she could not understand that process has never worked from the time I started using Frontier. That problem has been reported to them several times, But she kept asking for me to try again. At this point I requested a supervisor & she said they were all busy & we should try again. This is the type of idiots they summit their customers to. After requesting about fifteen more times she got a supervisor "Reith" or so he said, then he said that he was hearing clicks on the line & hung up. It's a shame that they can do this to customer's, I personally hope that they go out of business, I know that won't happen because the FCC is as worthless as the rest of our government made up of thieves & traitor's .
